RISHM FUTURE EVENTS

May 1, 2021
  • Second Annual Phonathon

    May 1, 2021

We’ve always counted on you to support RISHM’s work. Our first Phonathon, held during the pandemic lockdown last summer, was the most successful!  So many of you responded to our calls that we exceeded our goal of $5,000!  Thank you so much for your generosity!  You’ve made it possible for our medallion work to continue.

With COVID concerns remaining and more communities seeking our medallions, volunteers will be taking to the phones again to ask for your help— Saturday, May 1 and May 8.   Our goal is once again to raise $5,000 to expand our reach statewide and help raise public awareness of the enslaved who gave their lives to build Rhode Island.  Please be as generous as you can!
